I Heart You

I heart the card I have posted.  It was a lot of fun to do and the koala looks so cute.  The only embellishment I used was a glitter pen and  the googly eyes.  Aren't they fun?  The rest of the card is all die cuts 'n' glue.  (Create a Critter cart)  I think that's the last of this particular paper.  I've used it on a couple of the cards I've posted in the past.

Speaking of loving you, I do!  I can't believe how many friends I am making on this blog.  I love visiting all of your blogs and learning from you, and I love knowing that you all visit my blog every once in awhile.  Thank you to all the new friends I've made courtesy of Momo.  I've had a few new followers who don't appear to be blogging themselves.  If that's you and you someday start blogging, please be sure to let me know so I can follow you, too.

I am patiently waiting for the kids to go outside and play after dinner football with Kennedy so I can cut some shapes I want to use. The need for ME time is growing.  I got sidetracked earlier with grocery shopping and then shopping for a list of things for my mother.  Sounds easy but try buying Colgate toothpaste with a narrow opening.  She is extremely extremely fussy about what she wants.  So picture me trying to guess which toothpaste might have a suitable opening.  Its not like the tube is visible in the sealed box.  And without fail, after running the obstacle course of multiple stores for all these particular items and delivering the purchases to her, she tells me she's forgotten some things and gives me another half dozen items to chase down. One of today's items was small blue rubber bands. They had to be blue. I've forgotten the exact measurements but come ON! So this is why I feel the need for ME time this evening. Wouldn't you?

Oh! I just remembered I have a couple of new Whimsy Stamps by Chrissy Armstrong and I would love to sit and just colour for awhile.  So I shall!
