Yes, I'm Sleeping Too Much Again

Uh huh, I`m sleeping nearly around the clock again.  I`ve double checked and it`s not my medications.  It just is.

I`ve just compiled and printed a list of addresses of every emergency room between here and the Toronto General, as well as the number for Ontario Tele-Health.  Tomorrow I will pack my bags and go over my medical supplies for the trip down.  Hopefully I will have time to unwind with the Cricut.

Today`s card is to welcome a new baby boy.  I used the Gypsy for the baby boy cuts and some super cute baby toy stickers from Dollarama.  I`ve had the embellishments for quite awhile and today seemed like the day to use them.  I keep my card bling in a big Tupperware container like a vertical file and really should pick out something I rarely use more often.

Today sort of sucked.  I made cards. That  was good.  I talked with Keith - also good. (It was he that instructed me to make the list of hospitals for my long drive).  The bad part came when my double garage door caved in, leaving a 35 degree angle on the door, and twisted and broken metal and springs.  That monster cannot be moved.  Rushed to Home Depot before closing and ordered a new door with installation,  They say 4 to 6 weeks wait.  Picture that thing hanging in it`s ugly glory for over a month. My poor neighbors across the street will have quite a view.  What really sucks is it had to go on a credit card (which I like to avoid at all costs) because I can`t even afford my present medical expenses.  So the door breaking made the day suck.

But you know what..... it`s all just `stuff` after all.  God is still in heaven and holding my every care in His hands.  So it`s all good and I`m blessed.

Hope you all know you`re blessed, too!

PS, Please go check out Kim`s brand new stamps at Just Wordz  She`s put up a video if you need convincing - these stamps are super versatile!   I ordered a set so you will soon see a better variety of sentiments on my cards.  Thanks Kim!

  4. Your card is adorable. Thanks for keeping us updated, prayers are being said for you from a little fishing village in Maine.

    This scripture brought a lot of comfort to me when I was at a very low point in my life, physically.

    But those who wait on the Lord
    Shall renew their strength;
    They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
    They shall run and not be weary,
    They shall walk and not faint.
    Isaiah 40:31
